Cafe El Magnifico

One of the oldest, and best, locally roasted coffee shops. You can purchase coffee to go or a bag of beans. They give you a 20 cent discount if you bring your own mug and if not there are compostable lids and cups.
Located in two shops in El Born.

SlowMov

Great specialty coffee in the wonderful neighborhood of Gracia. They sell bulk coffee in compostable bags designed with coffee bean ink.

Km zero cafes with great healthy and local options. No wifi and specialty coffee make this a great cozy spot to spend an afternoon or morning.

Espai Joliu

Coffee and bites in this cute cafe and specialty shop. Selling plants, and reusable coffee cups made out of leftover coffee grinds in addition to other items and specialty coffee.

Public Transport

Barcelona is well connected through the bus, train and metro systems. As a SMART city, they are working to reduce their emissions with these vehicles.

Bird or Reby

Electric scooter apps for last-mile transportation or zipping around the city without fuel.

Bike Carriages or Bike

Found in touristy areas, powered by humans and electricity they can take you for a ride to one of the more popular places. Or rent a bike and tour around the city yourself

Recycling Bins

Paper goes in the blue, plastic & aluminum in yellow, compost in brown and glass in green. They’re found throughout the city plus household item donation / recycling hubs in each neighborhood.

Beach Clean-up

Every Sunday at 4pm you can participate in a beach clean up at Barceloneta Beach (@purecleanearth). All you need to bring is yourself and they supply the gloves and bags for collection!

Vegere

The first vegan beauty center in Barcelona, working with only vegan products and considering their environmental effect.
